The Founder and Director of Baysports, Richard (or Richie) O’Hara Dip Phys Ed. Dip Outdoor Ed., has over 35 years of experience in outdoor sports. He has the proven management, marketing and financial experience to run a successful enterprise in the tourism sector with a particular focus on watersports.
